Since my sleeping angel has been doing just that (sleeping) while I’m sitting at my sewing table, she earned her first mommy-made item–leg warmers. I cut the worn out toes off of a pair of my toe socks, serged *tee hee* the edge, and slipped them on her cute little legs.
The best part: I don’t have to undress her before her many diaper changes. I’m thinking that I need to raid the dollar store for more cheapo toe socks and make this an everyday item. She received a ton of adorable onesies at the baby shower, but no pants. On an unrelated note, I finished the husband’s Ravens blanket with sleeves and made a gameday tutu for the little one (pictures to come). Yay, small projects!
