I totally just broke my machine! I was practicing twin needle stitching for the trim on the Husband’s slops. The needles were just a hair off and busted the throatplate. This canNOT be a setback. I have too much work to do on this project. I’m heading out to the store immediately.
As a side note, I noticed last night that my machine no longer had the last thread looper–you know, the one right above the needle, on the stitching arm. It’s just not there. I don’t remember it popping off, but I also don’t remember the last time I threaded through it. This is a problem.
